The cd contains a pdf with 280 pages with TPR exercices that can be used with any method or curriculum to teach the English grammar physically. The pdf contains 23 chapters, ranged by grammatical subjects (adjectifs, nouns, verbs etc). It's possible to search with hyperlinks in the pdf.
There are four types of exercices: action command, drawing command, 'actionlogues' (mini-dialogues that ask for an oral as well as a physical reaction), questions & answers.
